熊孩子一岁前出了小牙牙就需要磨牙棒了,跟狗娃子没啥两样儿,出牙那会儿很多宝宝会变得超级fussy,牙龈不舒服,还需要开始喂食solid food,买了磨牙牙刷直接被E姐弃用,磨牙饼干也是没有丝毫营养。也是从E姐出牙那会儿试着给她做蛋黄溶豆,结果这颗豆豆拯救了E姐吃饭的各种臭毛病。经常被朋友问起蛋黄溶豆的做法,因为太美太黄太诱人,被不同年龄段的大小朋友们吃过,完全停不下。

材料
- 有机蛋黄 3个(or 6个)
- 糖粉 5克(or 10克)
- Powder Sugar,不要用白砂糖因为不好溶解
- 婴幼儿奶粉 18克 (or 30克)
- 任何品牌奶粉都可以,只是个人比较在意转基因
选材有讲究
有机鸡蛋比较过很多品牌,最中意的就是Vital Farms的这种散养鸡蛋,特别是跟costco的有机鸡蛋比较过味道和颜色,Vital Farms的蛋黄明显偏黄,而且成品味道更浓厚。奶粉选的是Similac的非转基因(NON-GMO)奶粉,也是因为E姐从出生就在喝Similac家的液体奶,也懒得换牌子。

制作步骤
1. 蛋黄丹青分离,蛋清可以用来做炒饭啊蛋清溶豆之类,最后会有介绍。

2. 加糖粉

3. 用手持搅拌器blend至蛋液颜色稍变白

4. 加入奶粉18g,用刮刀翻拌至蛋液滴落留痕然后很快消失

5. 放入pastry bag,在袋口用剪刀剪小丁丁点儿开口

6. 在烘焙纸上挤出豆豆,大小自定义,注意间距

7. 烤箱预热至220F (~100C),豆豆如果像黄豆大小,一般15~20分钟出炉即可,如果豆豆尺寸大可以酌情增加烘焙时间,指压豆豆如果豆豆表面已经变硬即可出炉
