今天跟大家分享一款我家小朋友特别喜欢的熊出没蛋糕,今天女儿突然说:妈妈能不能做一个熊出没的蛋糕呢?听到女儿这个要求,立马答应了,说做就做..在小主妇的世界里一切都是围着孩子们转,只要孩子们开心一切都值得...好了,不啰嗦了,今天也是第一次尝试做,做不好的地方大家勿喷哦……
开始吧……6寸的配方。

配方:奶油奶酪200克,牛奶125克,淡奶油175克,细砂糖50克,巧克力40克,吉利丁片2.5片,奥利奥饼干10-12块,无盐黄油30克..(下方👇是吉利丁片的购买链接)
首先做一个饼干底..

首先先把奶油奶酪提前室温软化,接着做饼干底,把奥利奥饼干去除中间的奶油夹心,接着无盐黄油隔水融化..

把饼干放入封口袋中用擀面杖擀成粉末状,一定要擀成粉末状这样跟黄油比较容易混合均匀……

先把吉利丁片剪小片放入清水浸泡...

接着把牛奶放进微波炉加热30秒左右..

接着倒入细砂糖,搅拌到完全无颗粒状态..

接着把牛奶倒入提前室温软化的奶油奶酪中搅拌均匀..搅拌后你会觉得还有很多奶酪小颗粒,我们需要过筛一下...

过筛一下,如果过筛一次后还是感觉有小颗粒再过筛一次...

过筛两遍后的奶油奶酪糊,备用...

接着打发淡奶油,淡奶油打发至6分发状态,就是还可以流动的状态……

像这样还可以流动的状态就可以了……

接着把奶油奶酪糊倒入淡奶油中,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀..

接着把吉利丁片沥干水分隔水融化..

倒入奶酪糊中搅拌均匀……

接着一个碗中放10克的巧克力碎,另一个碗中放30克的巧克力,两碗巧克力都隔水融化...

接着把奶酪糊三等分,做出三中渐层色...

接着把最深的巧克力糊先倒入模具中,然后放进冰箱冷冻5分钟左右……

冷冻五分钟后再倒入浅色的巧克力糊,再放入冰箱冷冻五分钟...

接着倒入原味的奶酪糊...这个时候就要放入冰箱冷藏3小时以上……

三个小时之后,就要开始做表面巧克力酱.....淡奶油100克,吉利丁片一片,巧克力豆30克……

首先先把吉利丁片泡水,接着把巧克力隔水融化,然后把淡奶油打至6分发,还可以流动的状态……

把隔水融化后的巧克力和吉利丁片倒入淡奶油中搅拌均匀……

接着倒入模具中...再放入冰箱冷藏一小时左右……
接着做熊大的眼睛嘴巴和耳朵..

还是用到巧克力豆隔水融化,倒入裱花袋中..在油纸上画出熊大的眼睛嘴巴和耳朵(这是女儿帮忙画得)哈哈哈...画好后把油纸反过来...这样就不会吃到铅笔味了…现在油纸上熊大的眼睛嘴巴和耳朵的影子,用巧克力随着影子在油纸上画出来,嘴巴先画胡子和嘴巴等稍微凝固了再用白色巧克力填满空白部分...
一个小时后,就可以脱模了

用电吹风在蛋糕周围吹几圈后,慢慢用手顶起来底部,蛋糕就脱模...脱模后用铲刀放入磨椇底部左右摇摆一下,饼干底就开始跟模具底部脱离了,再用铲刀把蛋糕移到盘子上...

脱模后在表面筛上一层巧克力粉...

然后把熊大眼睛耳朵嘴巴安装起来...铛铛..熊出没蛋糕就做好了....五官做得有点大小不一哈哈哈(请原谅我手残党)

把熊大的五官拿出来,在随意装饰一下又另外一种风格了……
