If you don’t want the results pictured in some above reviews and pictures. There is an easy solution. Common sense! Consider the serving size of the bag compared to the cup it’s being placed in. Also if your are going to ice tea. Then ICE the darn tea. Not some half hearted attempt to make yourself unhappy.
Now!, to attain that awesome dark green goodness that gives me a rush of energy and focus to start my day. I take 3 bags. Place them into a core water bottle. Carefully insert ice cubes from my fridge dispenser till about 1/4 way full then the rest with cold water. Let sit for 15-20 min. Shake it up rite away and a few times while waiting. I promise this will not destroy the flavor. If you consider we are cold brewing here. You will understand the factors at play over hot brewing. I leave the bags in the bottle till I’m done with the beverage. No sour or bitter taste. Just remember to keep it cold. There are so many good things that come out of this tea when cold brewed properly and in higher concentrations because they are not getting destroyed by heat.
This tea is amazing enough to drink straight but if you need a sweet kick that won’t neurologically rot your brain like so many artificial sweeteners do. I prefer stevia. Sweet drops to be specific. They pair well together and I add them at the same time I pour the cold water in and the flavor does not sour even if left in fridge for a hour or two.
This one bottle I try to enjoy over the course of an hour or less if it’s warming up. Once it’s gets warm and sits for a while. The magic is gone and the lush antioxidant goodness turn brown and taste like crap.
If you try my method I think you will love it. If you drink this tea and have not tried it prepared this way, I know you will love it.
Good luck guys. Very few plants on this earth come even close to delivering the health and healing benefits of this amazing tea.
Side note: I’ve never had a green tea that even cam close to the quality and potency of this stuff. I know some will say FLUORIDE
FLUORIDE FLUORIDE. While yes green tea has a large amount of the dreaded fluoride everyone is becoming so aware of. Or so they think.
Tea contain CALCIUM FLUORIDE. A natural form which is broken down by a heather human body with little effort causing it to be a non issue.
Now the toxic waste pumped into your drinking water is one if three types of fluoride and none of which are the natural calcium fluoride.
What you get in your drinking water is a toxic byproduct of phosphate production. Classified as a deadly toxic waste rite up to the point they start dumping bags of it into perfectly pure and safe to drink water.
These types of fluoride are: Fluorosilicic acid, sodium fluorosilicate and sodium fluoride. all toxic to the human body at any dose and to plant life as well. These types of fluoride will also calcify specific parts of the human brain, rendering them dormant. Most affected is the pineal gland. Known by Easter coulters to be the 3rd eye. The part of you that was so curious or artistic when young. The care free you.
Get the fluoride out your drinking water and if you can get a whole house reverse osmosis system so you don’t bathe in it. Or do like I did and find a city that does not fluoridate and has a history of rejecting fluoridation by lobby groups.

I have tried a lot of different kinds of brown rice, tea, including the Ito En loose tea version of this and they are just not the same. It may be because of the inclusion of the Matcha. Not sure. If you like brown rice, tea, I would definitely try this one.
Update: The regular one is actually okay if you cold brew it overnight. The uniquely green tea flavors are more balanced. Upgrading to 3 stars.
I know brewing too hot can be bad for flavor, and I always give my kettle like 30 seconds to cool slightly after boiling before steeping, but I still maintain it tastes super underwhelming when prepared hot.
