My order arrived a day later but I was notified so I knew what to expect. I read some bad reviews about the quality etc but I'm happy to share that I was pleasantly surprised with my order. The box arrived in good condition and nothing was missing inside. I got to assemble the trash can the next day and I'm glad I chose the charcoal gray shade. The 13-gallon was just right for our small household. Very convenient that it came in a 2-pack, I will use 1 for trash and 1 for recycle.. it's made in USA which made me buy it in the first place. Set up was easy too and my two trash cans worked properly. I didn't have any issue on the lid for it was opening and closing as it should be. I am excited to use my new trash cans. Btw I found a sticker at the back of the can for customer service support 1-800-881-7168 so I know where to call if I encounter an issue. Would highly recommend!

Made in USA can! You'll love the color too

After reading the reviews about the foot pedal, I was hesitant to purchase this product. We needed large waste bins, so I want to give it a try.
The bins arrived quickly, and the package was intact. 
Assembling the bin is a breeze. It took me about 15 seconds to assemble them.   I stepped on the pedal gently and the lid popped open like a charm, no hassle at all. I played with it multiple times, no issues were found.  I am happy with this product.

The foot pedal works! Yeah!

I ordered a 2-pack step can for my trash and recyclable. Received it in good shape, no dent. However, I was having issues on putting on the lid because initially it won't lift up. Found their customer service number on the box and called 1-800-881-7168 and somebody waked me through the correct assembly and now I have a working trash can. Thank you Glad! I'm happy with the quick response and help.

Great customer service !

I would not buy this again.
I thought I was getting a deal.
However, the first time I stepped on the second one to open the top and it broke.
 Luckily since there were two, and the other/first one actually worked without breaking, I have one functioning trash can.

I like the cans, but I ordered a total of four. One came with the fobs of the foot pedal sheared off, which makes it useless as a step can. With all of the hassle of moving into a new house, there was no way I could make the return date deadline, which was way too short.

Disappointed

The first trash can pedal broke the same day. The top gets stuck and doesn't want to open when pressing on pedal.

Not worth it

Complete GARBAGE!  Fresh out of the box can one had a broken foot pedal.  Completely broken off. Ok, I'll start a return and use can 2 in the mean time... Assemble can two,  the lid doesn't come open when you step on the pedal.  The whole trash can flexes like it's trying to open the lid,  but it won't open at all.  Save your time and go ahead and buy a better quality can.

GARBAGE

The lid does not open without assistance of your hand when stepping on the step lever. I got two cans and they both do the same thing which, defeats the purpose of the Step can (hands free) trash can. I've tried bending the lid rim so it has a looser fit so it could lift off the can easier and it works for a one time only then it goes right back to lid not raising when you step on the foot step. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing waste of my money and now a days with inflation I paid a lot for these two pieces of plastic.

Doesn't open when stepped on

These are cheap, the lid does not open when you fully press down the pedal you have to still open it with your hands. In the photo I am fully pressing down on the pedal with my foot. Lid is still not open

Cheap. Returning

DO NOT BUY! The foot pedal does not worth properly. will work every now and then. and foot pedal broke after 2 days of having it.
