I waited a while to write this review.. it works great.  I installed it quickly, we have 3 kids at home and they drop this thing in the shower all the time.. it's been tested pretty well and I have to say i'm very happy with it.  the price and quality a great.  If you're looking for super high quality, you'll pay for that.. if you need good quality at a great price, this one is your best best.

I purchased this at a super discounted price, so was glad to see quality was better than I expected. Came with a good hose too. My husband easily installed it, and seemed pleased with the quality. The spray variety buttons and spray are very good, the pressure is not as hard as the previous shower head. Only used twice at the writing, but so far lived up to the Delta brand quality. The head was mainly plastic, which hubby said was better than previous metal one. At price I paid, it was a very good deal.

I had to purchase a replacement shower head as the one I had before cracked around the seem, I went out and asked and was told this was a good replacement, this was a good buy, and I would recommend it to anyone else looking for a new or replacement for their showers.

Good price for an excellent shower.

So I was very excited about having a pause button on my shower head so I could cut down on my water bill a little bit BUT it doesn't pause it at all, it cuts the pressure down like halfway. Which to me isn't being paused. But I guess I got what I paid for, which was $19.99. My husband said the pressure isn't all that good either and our old shower head had fabulous pressure. Ugh. Other than that lol it's nice

WAS excited bout the pause button but not anymore

Easy to install over all cheaply made no way this was ever 70 bucks! Secondly the pause button does nothing at all. But over all I guess for 20 bucks it was a decent buy.

Get what you pay for!

It said that the original price was something like $70, but I paid $19.99 on sale. Definitely not worth $70, but I guess it was possibly worth the $19.99... maybe. it says that the pause button only let's a trickle of water come through but it's much more than a trickle... it cuts the flow to about half that of what it is full flow. I wanted one that cut the flow almost completely off.

bought this and installed it correctly. turned it on and water leaked from the handle and wouldn't pause or anything like the button says. terrible waste of money

It broke during install.  Of course, the day I bring my wife home from a hip replacement surgery and she needed to take a shower.  The plastic piece that attaches to the wall outlet snapped.   Then I called to get it replaced and spent 45 minutes on hold to try and get a replacement part before just hanging up and taking the whole thing back.
