Its a convenient size for freezer overflow. Chills down quickly. It's hard to tell if it's working as the power indicator light doesn't work on it which is inconvenient in a garage setting where you like to just be reassured by looking at it that your food was good.

Product arrived damaged! The box and the freezer was in terrible condition. FedEx was the courier and they really dropped the ball on this one! I reached out to FedEx and they weren't helpful at all. So, I called Walmart and after a few attempts, they finally were able to grant my request. I must say the product works really well! It gets cold fast and surprisingly has plenty of space.

Get it from the store! Don't get it shipped!

It arrived a day late and the front is dented.  The cardboard box front was punctured and the inner styrofoam was not solid which I believe resulted in the freezer front being dented when the box was punctured.  Unfortunately, I needed to use it immediately.  It works, runs quietly, and blends well with our home.

The Fedex person had the box front facing the dolly when it was dropped at our door.  He drove away immediately. I called to process a return but the voice response unit did not allow the return.

The first picture is the box.  The second in the inner styrofoam with the open squares. Given the lighting and freezer's exterior sheen, I was not able to get a usable picture of the dent.

Arrived late and damaged

i recieved my freezer and the box was left on the front porch with no notification. Probably because it was clear that it had been punctured with a forklift blade. the freezer inside had also been damaged pictured. i called walmart and my only option was a return not exchange at my cost for shipping. Not an option... i see Walmarts customer service is still great. i need the freezer.. Glad I paid full price for something damaged...

it works great, good for small spaces. but once we opened the box the deep freeze was damaged. it still works great, but obviously, a lot of them have been damaged after unpacking. the broken piece was inside of the deep freeze as well.

The deep freezer just arrived today and I just opened it.. It looks as if someone else had it and returned it.. The entire door is scratched up and there are  scratches on the handle as well.. I am not satisfied at all with this product.. On top of that FEDx left my delivery at the rental office..

I was loving the price until the box was opened. There was a huge dent. I wish I would have read the other reviews before my husband ordered it. This seems to be a constant problem with this freezer. Good thing is I was able to return it to Walmart for a refund.
