Will they fit a 10 1/2" bicep and a 20" thigh?

I wear them while exercising and noticed a difference in my thighs and stomach around the second week of usage. I'm sure the time frame will very depending on how much one exercises.

I wear them with or without working out. If you exercise with them on, of course you'll see results sooner.

Good morning. I own this product and I would say that you could workout IN this product. I do. I mainly walk/run/stretch with this on. I can feel/see the sweat when I take it off! I saw results very quickly, like my clothes started fitting differently in about a week and a half.

You sweat a little while wearing it but I would definitely work out while using the belt you get better results.

You definitely have to work out with these to see results. You cannot expect to wear them on and sit around and lose the inches. Though, if you're wearing roomy clothes (sweats) you can leave them on.

is it necessary to workout after wearing those belts??

these trimmers make u sweat. i noticed after the second use that my waistline was beginning to come back! i use an elliptical, eat only meat and veggies, and drink only water. i lost 50 lbs. in 6 months. i am only using these trimmers now to reshape problem areas. they do not actually make u lose weight.

Yes they work as claimed- they make you sweat harder during workouts. I noticed firmer arms & thighs after a week of 45 min/day cardio &/or strength training workouts. They ASSIST quite nicely

I can see results each time I put them on. I hate it when my thighs touch and this allows them to shirk up and not touch.

I've been wearing arm and ab slimmers for a while. Ive been working out using slimmers and I think they "dehydrate" the fat and skin to make the skin and muscle appear more toned. As you lose inches in that area, you begin to look better over all. I added thigh slimmer and an additional arm slimmer so hopefully my results will continue in my thigh area. Give them a try....you might be surprised :)

these do what they r supposed to do--make u sweat. i have noticed my waistline getting smaller. this of course is a combination of eating right, exercising, and drinking lots of water. the belts don't make u lose weight but they can help u reshape problem areas (along with exercise.)

great way to shape up a little faster.  Water wash and hang dry.  I use twice a day so I  may have to just buy another set due to washing/drying hard.  Man code dictates we wash all together.

The work great but dont wash

this product is wonderful. It is not made for women bigger than a size 14. It describes one size fits all but not really. It fits me fine. This product will make you sweat so much that every now and then you have to readjust. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great Workout accessory

The band itself is perfect for my arms and thighs. I have not lost any inches but I sweat pretty hardcore after my miles. I also lift and I feel like it will slip sometimes but it stays put. Hopefully I can lose some inches but you gotta work for it!

Got My Sweat On!

I had a pair of these many years ago made by a different company, and I remember them to be thicker than these. If you leave them on long enough, your thighs will begin to sweat and that's a step in the right direction. Would like to try them by a different maker, but for the price of these, you can't go wrong & I couldn't find a set together by any other company.

Bands to sweat by!

I'm glad I bought these at Walmart because they were waaaaaay cheaper here than on Amazon, they were trying to sell them for 21 bucks! They're definitely not worth that much as soon as I used them and began to sweat I noticed the thigh trimmers started to slide down they don't stay in place which defeats the purpose of wearing them. They did help me sweat.

Not worth it

I went running in the thigh wraps they fell down to my knees when you begin to sweat they fall down. The arm bands are difficult to get on by yourself may be ok if you have someone to put them on your arms. I would not recommend product haven't been able to wear because they won't stay in place.

sweat makes them fall down your leg

This ripped on me the first day i wore it, just one side and it feels uncomfortable. If your fat then your thighs rub together and its not comfortable. Plus it makes your shorts ride up which who wants to worry about that when your running on the treadmill. It's annoying I don't even wear it and I wasted my money.

Very cheap price so I guess you pay for what you get. It ripped after the second wear and now I can't use it at all. Not worth it at all. I'm only a size six just wanted to tone my thighs some more. Now I have to go and rebuy something else and pay more money on top of what I paid for this product!
