Are there any bad side effects when used daily

Expiration dates are not available online. Each box has a separate expiration date and you will not be sold an expired product.

Expiration date is on top of &quot;Drug Fact&quot; label.  With font of bottle facing you, rotate it half way around and you will see a 6 digit number preceded by a letter.  Directly after that number you will see &quot;11/18&quot; or whatever your expiration date.

We can confirm that this product is gluten free.

I did not see on the box where it has Gluten in it.

I am 4weeks post-op from a total knee replacement and dealing with pain and sleeplessness at night. Well, guess what? The 1st night taking this and I was able to get 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It definitely helped me with my pain and rest.

Equate, extra strength PM headache pills

I've suffered from insomnia for years and have been using the equate version of Zzquil but even that costs so I tried these. Instead of 2 I took 1 last night and actually slept from 2:30am to 6:47am straight. This was the first time I slept longer than 2 hours in about 10 days. I also was able to go right back to sleep until my fur faced kid woke me at around 8 plus no grogginess whatsoever when I got up.
