This is for a Christmas gift.  It eas really hard just finding a plain chesd and checkers game.  Walmart was the only place that had them.

My daughter has been wanting to learn how to play. Now she can., and I hope she learns how.

Great extra set or beginners set.  Just the basics, but works.  Impressed with ordering and in store pick up on 12/23.  Four minutes max from entering the store, pick up, and departing.  Impressive!

I purchased 10 of these chess sets for my chess club.  It's an inexpensive way to teach a lot of students about the game of chess.

For the price this is a great set. The board lies flat and the pieces are durable. The packaging was adequate as well. Our ordering and shipping experience was easy and without incident or issue.

The board is cheap plastic, came as partially bent, there is no way I can flatten it. The pieces are cheap plastic, very light-weight, and because the board is partially bent, the pieces have tendency to occasionally slide off. Not worth the money!
