Product Description
What if math problems were as sweet as ice cream sundaes? That fanciful notion becomes an educational reality with the Smart Scoops Math Activity Set from Learning Resources. Shaped like a real carton of ice cream, this set encourages kids to dish up bright, multi-colored scoops of pretend ice cream into equally colorful sundae bowls. This pretend play works side-by-side with the set’s 23 double-sided cards, which come packed with lessons and examples that parents can use to reinforce concepts ranging from sorting and color to counting and number skills. Kids can stack up the scoops by color, dish them into the corresponding colored bowl, or work on simple addition while building fun sundaes. The cards come with leveled activities, so this set grows with your child. Unlike real ice cream, the Smart Scoops Math Activity Set is also easy to clean and store when activity time ends. Ages 3+.

The only thing I don't like is that the scoop doesn't seem to fit the rest of the pieces - it's too big to easily scoop up the ice cream pieces. It's still great to play with!
First of all it is soooooo small!!! The box is about 4-5 inches wide, 3 inches tall and 3 inches deep (front to back) which is way smaller than expected, it looked bigger in the pictures....
The scooper doesn’t not even fit in the box so it defeats the purpose of even having it!!!
You cannot scoop the ice cream with the cones if you are a child, not any of the 3 toddlers that tried could do it and I could see the frustration in their faces!!
The cones are so tiny too!!!
The plastic bowls are very thin cheap plastic!!!
I am highly disappointed in this activity set!!! It is not worth the money I spent, I am debating on returning and buying a different set!!!! I like the other sets I own in this brand I don’t know what went wrong with the design of this one!!!
I wouldn’t recommend this if you are looking for a color sorting activity or counting activity there are many more sets available. This one will not grab the interest of the child, just giving you a heads up these 3 here were not interested in at all... within 5 min this set was non existent...
