Anyways, it’s beautiful. The sleeve, the labels, and the vinyl itself is gorgeous. The pink is more of a milky semi translucent pink with blood red purple splatters. The contrast between the cyan and black labels in the center makes it really pop. Very clean. I’m dubbing it the “Watermelon” version.
The sleeve is nice and minimalist with a design familiar to fans of the series. And it’s never a bad idea to put Rei on anything.
The quality of the pressing on all sides of mine is fantastic. Almost no surface noise to speak of. Noticed a tiny bit on side C and D, but barely. Very smooth and warm sound. And the collection of music really gives you an opportunity to try out all different sorts of sounds. Everyone of them, from bumping bass of Kokoro to Genshin ni Modore 2020, to the smooth jazzy Fly Me To The Moon 2020, sounds beautiful. It has a good mix, and a good pressing. That’s all I ask for!
The track list is great. It’s not a comprehensive collection, but for what the record was set out to be, it excels. A lot of classics with new spins and a song from the new Eva movies that just came out in Japan. It’s not the complete series soundtrack, but it’s a stunning collection of music from the history of Eva.

Not only this album features the upbeat A Cruel Angel's Thesis, the interlude known as Thanatos - If I Can't Be Yours- and the official song of the end of the world (Komm Susser Todd).
It also features songs from the Rebuild of Evangelion, as well as two versions of Fly Me to the Moon, both performed by the one and only Yoko Takahashi. I know, it is not the original version by Claire Littley, but at least they made a bigger effort than Netflix.
It also includes interviews with Takahashi-san and Megumi Hayashibara (who is not only the voice of Rei Ayanami in the series and movies, but also performs most of the songs in the second disc), as well as printed lyrics; although it only comes with an English translation of the tracks sung in Japanese.
If you grew up with this series and movies, do not hesitate, just buy it. If you have not watched it yet, give it a try and then come back to get this.

A qualidade do produto é boa. A label do disco é estampada pela Rei e há um booklet/encarte com letras. Gostaria que o booklet fosse ilustrado, mas OK.
