Turn the mop upside down and you&#39;ll see the end of the mop,  just grab it and turn it left to loosen it and it will come right off,  throw it in  the washer and that&#39;s  it.

Turn the mop upside down so you are looking at the strings and turn to the left to loosen and remove the mop head. Take the whole mop head and toss it in the washer and then dryer and it&#39;ll be like new!

I bought this mop a while ago, and now it&#39;s time to wash it. How do I take it off so I can wash it?

Yes, just turn the mop over and untwist the end of it, be sure to be turning to the left to loosen it!

Just turn it upside down and twist and the whole mop head comes off! If you need to, use pliers for added strength!

The power of microfiber is that it's super absorbent, has superior dirt pickup, great for dry dusting, safe on all floors and it rinses clean. Refills are available. Change mop head with a refill every 6 months for best results. Cleans up dirt and dust on the first pass with no excess dripping of water. It has a twist off mop head for easy removal. You won't believe how much liquid it can hold. Just dunk it in your bucket and twist the handle to wring it out. Your hands never touch the mop head nor the dirty water. Fantastic OCedar MicroTwist Microfiber Twist Mop

I want to start off saying that, a mop will always do a better job cleaning a floor than a pad wiped over sprayed solution. This mop is no exception. I was very pleased with how much noticeably cleaner my floor was after using this mop. My son even commented on how clean the floors were. The best part about this mop was that I didn't have to put my hands on the dirty mop to wring it out. That is where the "twisty" thing is so great. It was a little awkward to use at first. And, yes, I did read the instructions on the back. After mopping a couple of rooms I got the hang of it. Your right hand goes closest to the mop head and your turn it toward your left side. Your left hand is up on the handle more and you turn it toward your right side. I squeezed out the water way better than I could have done with my hands. Now, as easy as it sounds, it took a few tries to get the hang of it. I discovered that if your right hand turns right, and your left hand turns left, you will unscrew the cap on the inside that holds the mop ends together so that the twisting will work. Easy enough to screw back in and twist the other way for proper function. Also, I did not get my mop to "fan out" like the instructions showed. It sort of stayed in a lump all together. Which this did not hinder it's functioning at all. I have found the mop I will be using from now on.

A great mop!

Oh yeah! Now this is a good sturdy mop , light weight and easy to use. Cleans even the most dirtiest floors. My son is a coal miner and on days when he swings by to pay me a visit after work , he is always covered in dust ,dirt , mud and whatever else there is. By the time he leaves , my floors look like someone stomped in mud and ran a marathon.  This mop gets it all up with ease. Its really a good mop! It has a built in wringer so you don't have to bend over to wring out the water , which is perfect for someone like me who suffers from degenerative disk and other back problems.                

It's the same brand and color of my broom,  that's why I bought it. Glad I did!

King mop

I have fallen in love with the MicroTwist Microfiber Twist Mop and I would not give it back. I love that I no longer have to stick my hand in nasty mop water to squeeze out yucky mop bucket water. I love how strong the fiber is that the mop head is made out of. Seems as though this mop will last for a while. You simple just put it in the mop bucket, pull up on the handle and twist. The extra water falls off back into the bucket and you continue to repeat the steps until you are down. The second thing I love about this mop is how wide it spreads when it is out on the floor as you are mopping. It is a perfect circle and glides across the floor with easy. I highly recommend this product. I love it, I have no negative feedback for the MicroTwist Microfiber Twist Mop. I am a clean freak, therefore I use it in my kitchen, my master bathroom and my main bathroom. The rest of my home is carpet. Also, the mop gets into corners very well and across corners well also (such as the refrigerator, cabinets, dishwasher and so on).

Great Mop

I've tried 3 different twist mops and this one is my second favorite. Not a heavy bulky mop head. Glad it also has a holding grip above when it comes down to squeezing it.

Works great

I love the way this mop cleans. It's easy to use and the only issue I have with it is when I ring it out it's hard to get it back the way it came. It doesn't get totally flat. It still cleans my floors the first time I go over them and it's the best mop I've had.

Easy to use, cleans very well, worth the money!

In general, people who mop fall into two categories. The “I use the standard mop and it gets it done” or the “if I have to do this I am going to make this as easy of a process as I can” category. I fall in the latter of the two! I am glad I got the opportunity to review this because I was in the market for a new twist mop. I won’t disclose who manufactured my other twist mop, but I can tell you I would never buy another brand again! I felt like this mop was extremely easy to use. I felt like it did a better than average job with ringing out all of the excess water. More importantly, I didn’t feel like I exerted too much force to twist the mop. It was pretty simple to use it after twisting, you just push down. I felt like it was pretty light weight so that helped me with mopping, in general. The only negative about the product was its size. The packaging leads you to believe that the mop will spread out and be huge. Not so much. You have about the same size as you would have with a regular mop. I compared the size of the mop with the size of my weight. The mop measures about the same width wide. That aside, this is an excellent product.

Great Tool!!

This mop is different and very easy to use, but is quite heavy when wet, which may have more to do with my own strength than reality for someone younger with more muscle power.

It does cover more space when mopping than the average household mop; and the wringing power is better than using the hands. It stores really well, and is equipped with a sturdy hanger at the end of the handle for hanging on the wall. It also gets into corners better than the average string mop.

I mopped two different kinds of surfaces: Ceramic tile entry-way, and an ancient (17 year-old) linoleum floor. The Ceramic tile was spotless and shiny in record time. Perfect for this surface.
The linoleum was easy too, as long as there were not marks or darker patches to clean up.
The surface dirt was cleaned easily; however using the mop for scrubbing was not successful since the plastic hub of the mop caused stripes where it was not covered by the microfiber.
Because the hub is circular, and smooth, hard plastic, it didn't damage the floor....just marked through the years of discoloration on the white linoleum, and left white streaks, which were not noticeable when the floor dried.

I am over 70-years-old; with some arthritis in my hands, so using the squeezing mechanism was harder when the mop was fully extended to full "flowering". I found it much easier to pull it up and squeeze it that way. Probably was due more to my own "disabilities" than the ease of using the mop. I will wet the mop in the closed position, and squeeze it that way instead of releasing the head to the full mop before getting it wet.

It is easy to pull up into storage mode, and extend it into mopping mode.

I would recommend this for someone younger with stronger hands and muscles.

Different Kinda Mop

This mop is made in China. The entire thing is made of plastic except the mop. The mop head is microfiber. To use, you release by pushing the red bar down, get the mop wet then lift the red bar back up and twist to ring out. After all the water is wrung out, you push down to release the mop again. However, now that it is heavy with water it is harder to push back down. In order to keep it from sticking, I did not wring it out as much, but then that mean the floor was more wet. 

There is a plastic ring in the middle and I felt like I had to constantly flop the mop the keep that plastic from touching the floor. My floors do not scratch easily, but this doesn't seem very gentle. This is not the easiest mop to use, but it did get the job done.
