Allen Sports easy install aluminum crossbars offer the ideal roof top solution for vehicles with existing raised factory side rails. The innovative design allows the clamping towers to be secured in place on the crossbars for easy removal and reinstallation of the racks. The attractive low profile design minimizes wind noise when in use on the vehicle, and a wide rubber landing strip at the top of the bars protect your gear. 3.5 in. wide cross bars will work with most crossbar accessories. Each package includes two crossbars with the tower feet for vehicle attachment. These racks include locking cores and two keys to keep your crossbars in secure on your vehicle.

Does this roof rack contain the shelf shown in the picture and the key and lock core, right?  Is it suitable for 2014 RVA4?

Very nice, easy to install. Used in 2004 Durango

Perfect for large SUV

Visually looks good.  Structural is sturdy, but I have not hauled anything heavy as of yet.  Wind noise is not very good, especially over 60 mph.  However, these are my first roof bars, so I don't have any comparison to others wind noise.
